Manager
- Oversee day to day operations, manages staff and scheduling
- Oversee pool operations and maintenance
- Advise Board of Trustees on operational needs
- Lifeguard experience preferred
Lifeguard
- Recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations by activating emergency action plan
- Ensure patron safety through active surveillance.
- Communicate and enforce all pool policies and rules
- Assist with general pool and facility cleaning
Concession & Front desk
- Serve food and beverages to members and guests
- Assist in front desk membership check-in
- Proper cash handling and accepting payments, cash, debit and credit cards
- Maintain clean and sanitary workspace
Maintenance
- Perform regular mowing, weeding and general lawn care
- Perform regular facility cleaning
- Perform pool chemical checks and general cleaning
- Training provided
